Yes awful experience at airbnb. In las vegas, host had turned his entire house, four or five bedrooms into individual rentals. Airbnb is the worst in customer service that I have ever experienced and This Is My Human Costume I’m Really A Elephant Halloween shirt. I’m never using them again either and I’m warning everyone I meet about how terrible they are. It is a real shame how they try to reply to every posting as if they care but their customer service people just don’t respond when the conversation begins to get difficult. Call them and you get the same experience and they refuse to let you talk to a supervisor. Stay away from Airbnb!
